Meet Vikesh.

Hi! I am a focused professional who is self-aware, always seeking to learn and grow. I strive for quality and tend to apply agreed processes, while disciplined toward optimizing performance. I see myself as a talented team worker who is adaptable and flexible, while being a good communicator with very high integrity.

I seek new responsibilities irrespective of reward or recognition and I tend to promote initiative. I have always been able to motivate staff, encourage and support collaboration, and facilitate change. I have always been supportive to give advice when problems arise. I approach issues in an organized manner and use the healthcare resources and processes so that all of them are working towards common goals. I can use management information to highlight priority areas and ensure planned goals are met.

Philanthropy is an important aspect in life and I believe it’s important to play an active role in the community and in view of this; as well as regular donations to charities, I have taken part in Cancer Research’s Race for Life. As well as proving to be an enjoyable day out the event helped raise funds for a hugely deserving cause.

Additionally, I enjoy cooking, baking in particular; often making new dishes for family and religious events. Reading is also a favourite past time of mine. I read a wide variety of texts varying from fiction to non-fiction, such as science journals.
